These Terms and Conditions (T&amp;Cs) define the rules for using the Store, placing orders, providing services, selling digital products, and the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Customer.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">1.3. The Store offers the sale of:\n\u2022\tonline services (e.g., consultations, hypnotherapy sessions, trance sessions),\n\u2022\tdigital products (e.g., e-books, templates, graphics, audio materials).<\/p><p class=\"p1\">1.4. The language governing the agreement between the Seller and the Customer shall be Polish or English, and the governing law shall be the law of England and Wales (UK law).<\/p><p class=\"p1\">2. Definitions<\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\">\u2022\tSeller \/ Service Provider \u2013 MS Hypnotherapy, Mariola Sztwiertnia (sole trader).<\/li><li class=\"li1\">\u2022\tCustomer \/ User \u2013 a natural person, company, or organization using the Store\u2019s services.<\/li><li class=\"li1\">\u2022\tStore \u2013 the website <a href=\"https:\/\/mshypnotherapy.com\/en\/\"><span class=\"s1\">www.mshypnotherapy.com<\/span><\/a>, through which the Customer can enter into agreements.<\/li><li class=\"li1\">\u2022\tDigital Product \u2013 a file, e-book, audio material, template, graphic, or other digital content provided electronically.<\/li><li class=\"li1\">\u2022\tService \u2013 a consultation, online session, or other form of assistance provided by the Seller.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\">3. Scope of activity<\/p><p class=\"p1\">3.1. The Store sells:<\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\">\u2022\tonline services (consultations, hypnotherapy sessions, trance sessions),<\/li><li class=\"li1\">\u2022\tdigital products (e-books, templates, graphics, audio materials).<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\">3.2. Services are provided after prior contact with the Customer and scheduling a convenient time.<br \/>3.3. Digital products are delivered after contacting the Seller and confirming payment.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">4. Placing orders and payments<\/p><p class=\"p1\">4.1. Orders can be placed via:\n\u2022\tshop website\n\u2022       contact form,\n\u2022\temail,\n\u2022\tdirect communication (e.g., message).<\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\">formularz kontaktowy,<\/li><li class=\"li1\">e-mail,<\/li><li class=\"li1\">komunikacj\u0119 bezpo\u015bredni\u0105 (np. przez formularz lub wiadomo\u015b\u0107).<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\">4.2. Payments can be made via:<\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\">\u2022\tPayPal,<\/li><li class=\"li1\">\u2022\tRevolut, Monzo<\/li><li class=\"li1\">\u2022\tBank Transfer.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\">4.3. All prices include VAT (if applicable).<\/p><p class=\"p1\">4.4. The Customer will receive an order confirmation electronically.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">5. Service execution and delivery of products<\/p><p class=\"p1\">5.1. Services are performed after agreeing on a time and payment confirmation.<br \/>5.2. Digital products are delivered electronically (e.g., via link, email, or transfer).<br \/>5.3. The Customer receives access to purchased materials after the payment is processed.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">6. Right of withdrawal<\/p><p class=\"p1\">6.1. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, except when:<\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\">\u2022\ta digital product has already been delivered or downloaded,<\/li><li class=\"li1\">\u2022\ta service has been fully provided with the Customer\u2019s consent.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\">6.2. Upon downloading or delivery of a digital product, the Customer loses the right of withdrawal.<br \/>6.3. If a service starts before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, the Customer consents to its execution and acknowledges loss of the right to withdraw.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">7. Complaints and refunds<\/p><p class=\"p1\">7.1. In case of defective digital product or inability to download, the Customer may submit a complaint via email.<br \/>7.2. Complaints should include: Customer details, order number, and a description of the issue.<br \/>7.3. The Seller will review the complaint within 14 business days.<br \/>7.4. If the complaint is justified, the Customer will receive a replacement file or a refund.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">8. Customer account<\/p><p class=\"p1\">8.1. Purchases can be made without creating an account.<br \/>8.2. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided when placing an order.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">9. Newsletter and marketing<\/p><p class=\"p1\">9.1. Customers may subscribe to the newsletter voluntarily.<br \/>9.2. They may unsubscribe at any time via the \u201cunsubscribe\u201d link or by contacting the administrator.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">10. Personal data<\/p><p class=\"p1\">10.1. The data controller is MS Hypnotherapy (Mariola Sztwiertnia).<br \/>10.2. Data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Privacy Policy available on the website.<br \/>10.3. Data may be shared with cooperating entities (PayPal, Revolut, Google, Meta, hosting).<\/p><p class=\"p1\">11. Final provisions<\/p><p class=\"p1\">11.1. These Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of publication on the website.<br \/>11.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms, informing Users in advance.<br \/>11.3.
