supporting clients experiencing stress, anxiety, low mood, emotional challenges, past experiences, and unhelpful habits or beliefs.<\/p><p>In my practice, I integrate Solution Focused Therapy with clinical hypnotherapy and elements of CBT, drawing on current understanding of neurobiology and the functioning of the nervous system to support a process that is structured, practical, and focused on meaningful change.
